工作內容 :

Provide office support to the operations team & head office; Perform routine clerical & administrative functions not limit to answering phones for the office, filing, replying emails/letters, preparing paperwork/reports, ordering supplies & keeping inventory of office supplies.


薪金 :

每月$15,000或以上,有酌情性花紅(Coordinate with internal dept & external vendor...

要求學歷 :

專上教育:文憑/證書; 3年經驗; 良好粵語; 一般普通話; 良好英語; 懂讀寫中文; 懂讀寫英文; 懂MS Word; 懂MS Excel; Relevant exp in secretarial function/office admin. is pref. (Prepare emails & letters in English)
